ClosedPermissions.sol

The ClosedPermissions contract is extremely simple and does not pose any security concern. Contrary to the initial understanding, this does not prevent the manager owner from depositing tokens, but this is amply documented in the code comments and facilitates "whitelisted" logic that @Twade has spoken to us regarding.
